By accessing and using the website and services of Sumiland & Sub Studio, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Sumiland & Sub Studio provides comprehensive graphic design services and software solutions tailored for Salesforce and Windows-based platforms. Our services are designed to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our clients' digital assets, ensuring they align with their business objectives.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of our service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
All designs and software solutions created by Sumiland & Sub Studio are the intellectual property of Sumiland & Sub Studio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these designs and solutions as per the terms agreed upon in the contract.
Clients can choose to pay for our services either upfront or by paying half of the total fee upfront with the remaining balance due within 15 days (net 15) upon contract completion. Payment details and schedules will be outlined in the service contract provided to the client.
Users are expected to use our website and services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, violating any applicable laws, infringing upon intellectual property rights, and engaging in harassment or abuse.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sumiland & Sub Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sumiland & Sub Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sumiland & Sub Studio and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
Sumiland & Sub Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Both parties can terminate the service agreement under conditions stipulated in the contract. Sumiland & Sub Studio also reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.
